Job Summary:
The Social Media Manager is responsible for managing and executing the brand's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support sales goals. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to community management and influencer outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Influencer Outreach: Proactively identify and engage with at least 10 influencers per week to build relationships, explore collaboration opportunities, and help promote the Pink Owl by Zaria brand.
- Content Management: Plan, create, and schedule daily content across all relevant social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). This includes posting about new products, sales promotions, and upcoming events.
- Community Engagement: Actively interact with followers by liking and commenting on their posts, responding to comments on our brand's posts, and fostering a strong online community.
- Customer Communication: Manage and respond promptly to all direct messages (DMs) and emails received through social media channels and the business email, addressing customer inquiries and feedback professionally.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key social media metrics, analyze performance data, and provide weekly reports on growth, engagement, and content effectiveness.

- Proven experience in a social media management or a similar role.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Inventory Specialist is a critical role responsible for overseeing all aspects of product inventory, from receiving to shipping. This person ensures accurate stock levels, efficient order fulfillment, and provides exceptional customer service regarding order inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping. Coordinate with shipping carriers and manage all related logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions regarding their orders, including tracking information, shipping delays, and product availability.
- Pricing and Data Entry: Assist with the correct pricing of new inventory and maintain detailed records of all stock movements and transactions.
- Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to inventory and shipping processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a warehouse, retail, or inventory management role.
