Online Purchases:

  • You may return eligible items within 40 days of purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Lingerie
  • Adult toys and accessories
  • Opened beauty products, including but not limited to eyeliner, mascara, and lip products.

At Pink Owl by Zaria, we firmly believe in delivering high-quality products to our customers. Before shipping any item, we thoroughly review each piece of clothing and accessory to ensure its quality. If we discover any imperfections or issues, we promptly initiate a new order process, initiating a new order process is what causes the delays.

That in mind, if you haven’t received a shipping email within five business days after your order, just know we have restarted the order process because we noticed imperfections in your items and want to deliver the best quality.
